What's the worst/best surprise/shock you've ever had in a restaurant? This customer asked for cheese and biscuits and was served brie with bourbons! (Yuk!)
I wouldn't mind betting that the eaterie was Nando's. Those Afro-Portuguese haven't a clue about a-la-carte presentation. I once had a bowl of soup in the Carlisle branch, and was disgusted to find that there wasn't a fly in it !
