In November 2020 I purchase a honeywell 3 port motrtised mid-position 22 mm valve from a seller call mikkyamass123. The item arrived within the stated delivery date in November. It was fitted by my plumber a d worked for for a short time (less than 2 months), but in early January it stopped working. I called the plummer (had to wait over a week in a very cold house) who did a diagnosis and found there was a fault in the motor. I paid a total of £50.90 for the item. I then had to purchase (the plumber did) and my heating is now working fine with no problems. I had all that added expense of a plumber coming twice and purchasing a new valve.
I contacted the seller in February to let him know what had happened but he wasn't really forthcoming. He offer me a discount (not much) but that conversion got shut down. I told him I was going to complain to eBay, he since then shutdown the item so I couldn't go back into it but luckily I had screen shot it.
