POLICE are targeting more than 20 potential suspects - including two known sex offenders - six years after Maddie vanished in Portugal.

THE parents of Madeleine ­McCann were offered fresh hope yesterday with the announce­ment of a new ­Scotland Yard investigation into her abduction.

Home Office officials confirmed they would be funding a new multi-million pound probe into her disappearance six years ago.

We all are hope Madelein is alive and well.

Go Scotland Yard Go.

Find her alive and those who kidnapped her locked them away for the rest of their lives.

Sticking to your story is one thing...keeping it in the news another.

Ah well, If they are not guilty I really hope they find out what happened to her. Not having closure must be terrible.

And if they are guilty, Scotland Yard might expose them in the end.

Harry, I'd try to convince everyone I was looking! not jet off round the globe to get away from the pressure, I'd be THERE waiting in case she turned up!!

and as far as having their picture splattered all over the papers that won't bother them the amount of money they've had rolling in from well-wishers. I don't think the publicity bothers them that much~ they're good actors.

Babs, I've not really kept up with their story since the very first time they were in the papers when she only just went missing, although I peeked in the occasional thread on it on here, so I can't really comment as I have no idea what they have done since and with whose money. I don't read the papers that much....far too depressing. 😐

I personally would probably try anything to get my child found no matter what anyone thought of me (especially if I was not guilty, I would want to clear any suspicions).

Maybe sitting at home waiting would be worse. I don't know. We are all different in that way.

All I can hope is that the truth will come out.

Harry, I've always had an interest in cases such as this and have spent many hours watching interviews/ reading what happened when they were first interviewed at the Apartment, and other interviews that they have given, and what the scene of crimes found when they visited the Apartment. Plus the McCanns strange behavior.  There's so much more to this case than meets the eye!  far too much to go into on here.

I really do hope she's found, and I'm wrong...if I am wrong I'll expect people on here to say I shouldn't  jump to conclusions, and they'd be right to do that.
