Mickey Rooney...

A legend indeed.

"Always get married early in the morning. That way, if it doesn't work out, you haven't wasted a whole day."

It obviously took a bit of practice to get the above right - 8 times!

Man Surprised  Such compassion?

queenesla #2 said:  ''R.I.P to such an ''acting'' legend.'' That is obviously the thoughts of most. He did marry all 8 of them. Perhaps rather than trying to ridicule him...a bit of respect for the dead might be better called for? They were grown women (not very young girls) and had a choice. In some countries they don't have a choice do they Ihasa?

Anyway, folks I see the vultures are circling :

Mickey Rooney...

I recognise Mickey Rooney more for his voice as a couple of Disney characters 🙂

He was the voice of Junkyard Society dog Sparky in Lady And The Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure and also the voice of Todd in The Fox And The Hound 🙂

Woman SadWoman SadWoman Sad I wonder if in my #6, if she was the original model for womansad?

Well you cant look much sadder than that.

And it just might have the effect that she and he will draw public sympathy.

And she and he might draw some of Rooney's money?

Well I wonder is it the POUT or TROUT look?

Mickey Rooney...

Ridicule?!

It's his quote and my comment.

Of course he married all eight of them that was the point of his quote...

Your reference to him marrying "grown women" and not "young girls" is your comment, not mine, and has nothing to do with this thread as far as I can see.
