Is it true that there is a secret message engraved on the top of Lord Nelson's head on his statue in Trafalgar Square?  By the way, who dusts him off, anyway?  And How....

You know, if they could read that message, it might lead to who-knows-what....

I wish they had put the statue closer to the ground - people could see it better.  And Lord Nelson was a navy admiral - I wish he had a ship to look at.   Sniff,  sentimental in my old age, I guess.....
