If a quality puzzle is in near pristine condition - I tend to specialise in Ravensburger and Falcon, I make sure I heavily heavily bubble wrap it and then double wrap it in kraft paper so as to get it there in the same condition as when it left the house. Some paper is cheap, but I'll personally not take anything short of 85gsm. First impressions count, and when a client opens it up they can tell instantly it's been well looked after, plus the fact that they can then use the bubble wrap and paper to wrap up and send their own items of post. To me, wrapping a parcel is a labour of love. The only downer is my printer is up the Swannie so I can't type out the addresses. It used to be much better when I could type it out on A4 and then fold it in half - it looked more professional than my awful handwriting.
