Lessons learnt on both sides, I feel, most of them on mine. Complacency leads to items being put up which one assumes are fully functional - must check in future.
Mustn't over react - difficult to bite one's tongue when provoked.
Thus said to call a man a spiv or something close to it is not wise - far more deplomacy could have been used!
