Good morning Margie & Shirl, last night's hard frost has all gone, it's been raining but it's reverted to drizzle now, oh, and it's cold! I'm just back from Iceland, hardly any cars  on the roads, car park nearly deserted as was the shop!

Hips have now recovered but still aching lower back.

The store have promised me 3 times that the Manager will phone back.......of course they have not.
