i have a blood pressure monitor. It's very good. The wrist one wasn't accurate, but the one that is more like the docs' is better. I can do ECGs on my Apple Watch too.

It's still raining here, there's lots of floods around the town/city but fortunately for me, as I'm on a hill, the water runs off to the more unfortunate souls.

Awww thank you, CD. It is sad that so many have gone and even more sad that some are not able to come back. I think all the changes and new rules they made drove a lot of posters away. It used to be fun, as well as helping many, but new rules and banning posters for the most trivial things took the fun away and that is why it is so nice to see you are still here. 

I battled Cancer a couple of years ago and got the all clear last year, so still have chemo brain and can not remember how to change my photo's. They are 10 years old, so would like to change them to an avatar. Would anyone be able to tell me how to do it, please?

I unfortunately did and it wasn't pleasant, but on the good side, it made me appreciate arriving home and enjoying a hot cup of tea in the dry. 😅

Hiya, I'm back and guess what? The Sun came out! I only met one dog to talk to and it was very friendly as was it's lady owner, I just managed to catch the doggy as it jumped up trying to leave Black footprints on my jeans! 😊

Hi, CD.   Awww nice to hear you had site of the sun, as we have none here, its just a white, dull sky. Could you send some of that sun over to Norfolk, please? 😄

It isn't pleasant when dirty paw marks end up all over your clothes, so pleased you managed to avoid that, but meet a nice Lady and her friendly dog. 😁

I'm just back in from walking round the lake, water's up, covered some of the fishing pegs, it's absolutely roaring over the overflow and down the brook. The path on the West side has lots of water running over it coming out of the woods on that side. The  water's a cloudy sort of "just coloured Brown". Three Coot fighting in the South end, a fourth ignored them and came over for food as did the others when they saw the Ducks getting some. There's a fifth Coot I call "The Odd Coot" but it looks like it'd got the North end all to itself as the others were all in the South end. When I got there, I saw a couple start to walk down the West path but turned back. I guessed the path was covered in water. When I eventually made it round to that side, I was proved correct. As I came home there were spots of rain but the Sun's out again now.
