Good Morning Skylark, the clouds cleared and the Sun came out, it was dangerous driving against the low Sun with reflections off the damp roads. Traffic was manic, loadsa cars on the car park too, fortunately I got a space nearest the door! 😇

Bit Damp And Chilly, Clouds Everywhere And Finally A Touch Of Sunshine

Good Morning Petal, ware zat Tressy an' dat Margie? Is Margie poorly again? It was pouring with rain earlier, then the sky cleared and the Sun came out. Next thing, those dark Grey clouds moved in from the West and it poured with rain again. It's stopped now and the sky's clearing again. Will it hold off long enough for a walk round? We shall see?

I was out again very first thing  blue skies but chilly.  I'm spreading the shopping , things to buy,  so as not to have too much on last days . I'm gonna be very smug and say I have Everything sorted all ready to go, little left to do!  😁😆😉

Good Morning Tressy, I'm just back from a walk round, the Sun's shining, it's blinding walking towards the low Sun and it reflecting off the wet roads. There's a cold wind blowing otherwise it would have been nice out there.

Any nice birds spotted?  Are the Kingfishers around?

No nice birds to see, they must all be in the warm at home keeping out of the wind 😀 Not seen the Kingfisher for a few days, Dabchicks are diving as usual, Jay's flying about, a couple of days ago there were two Cormorants there and on Tuesday another lone Cormorant and also the Heron.

Our ' Henry the Heron' often flies in,   walks around our pond ,  looking very upset and angry,  that we've covered and protected our fish with netting. 😊

What sort of fish have you got and how big is your pond? About three years ago I was watching a bloke fishing as he reeled in a fish, a Heron swooped down and pinched the fish!

The pond is big, no idea on size, but the fish are giant goldfish,  not quite KOI size,  but they'd make a good Heron supper !🤔
