Thanks all. It's a pretty straightforward journey, just a long day. Up at 7am, and won't reach Manchester till 9.30ish pm.

Your gardens all sound lovely. We live in an apartment, so just have a flowerbed, which is communal and supposed to be looked after by gardeners, but they don't do half of what they are meant to, so it's all overgrown with weeds.

Hubby already trimmed back all the bushes at the beginning of the year, because they were all looking the worse for wear, and the gardeners never went near them.

Oh dear thats a shame.   I would get onto the Management Company and complain because no doubt one way or other you are paying for the maintenance of the grounds 😞

Problem for us is Glyn gets up for work at 5.a.m. every day and the only thing he does after work during the week......is snore on the sofa lol

Yep, we have tried that - especially after they broke out the leaf blower, gathered up all the leaves, and then blew them all into the flowerbeds and a neighbours garden 🤦‍♀️

We're currently trying to go Right To Manage, so we can choose a different property management agency.
