Need more than a dry day to get to cut grass here. The ground is a swamp

We never had a fridge when I was growing up and I was married 15 years before I got one, yet now, it seems essential. Have you got Freecycle, Petal? Sometimes people doing up a kitchen give fridges away, even deliver to save paying the council to get rid?
