Girl, 11, will be Britain's youngest mother
A girl is to become Britain's youngest mother after becoming pregnant at 11.
The girl smokes 20 cigarettes a day despite being eight months' pregnant. She conceived aged 11 when she lost her virginity to a boy of 15 on a drunken night out with friends.
The 15-year-old has since been charged with **bleep** by police, and is due to appear again at Edinburgh sheriff court on July 10.
Her 34-year-old mother, who gave birth to her youngest child eight months ago, said she was 'proud' of her daughter.
She will be 12 years and 8 months when she has the child next month. Jenny Teague, Britain's youngest mother until now, was a month older when she gave birth in 1997.

The youngster, who lives near Edinburgh, says looking after her younger brothers has prepared her for motherhood.
But the girl admits she "panics and cries" when babies are unwell and does not feel able to bathe them.
The mother-to-be, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had unprotected sex with the teenage boy, who also cannot be identified, while drunk last August.
'Excited'
She told the Sun: "I didn't think I'd get pregnant because it was my first time. But I'm really excited and looking forward to being a mum.
"I can't wait to take the baby swimming and out for walks in the pram. I think I'll be able to cope as I've had lots of practice looking after my brothers.
"I know how to feed a baby its bottle and I can change nappies. But I panic and cry if they're sick and I don't like giving them a bath because I'm a bit frightened.
"It's good to know I'll have my mum here to help me if I need her."

Ah, I see. I thought once an email addy had been used for one id, it could never be used again for another, so I assumed you must have had a different email addy for each id ... which would have been quite a lot of email boxes to keep tabs on.

It does. I almost did it myself just now. I was signed in on my buying id. I signed out of it on my myeBay page. That, however, did not sign me out of the Community. So ... easily done.

But on this platform we have an "Edit" faciity so it's easily corrected.

But if you made a post on one id, you could not correct it so it came from another, could you?
And would you necessarily notice you had code 42'ed, until someone pointed it out, by which time the window of opportunity for editing might have passed?

Usually, you get that sinking feeling when you realise you've made a mistake either juuuuuuust as you click "Post" or when you review the post you've just made.
You can delete the post and post again with the correct ID.

I believe you, golden*caution, and I always will. As far as I am aware, you have never said anything against anybody on t hese boards and have always shown yourself to be as honest as the day is long. Personally, I have 3 ID'. This one for general use, and 2 others that I got a few years ago but never use. Apart from those, I have the use of my wife's ID that I use on her computer when my pc is playing up. But never to back myself up.
Cheers,
Steve.

You giving me alter-egos there, Steve?
Just for the record, I have one buying id (and have very occasionally posted with it to ask a qu on Q&A (as was), SC or BC) and one posting id, Caution.

Why is some people having a guilt trip ... saying they only have 2 ids.. Thats all anyone needs on ebay.

Seems this thread has turned into some sort of unofficial court on another poster
If having more than one ID required some form of contrition, there must be a fair number of posters, past, and not so past in the same position, and not all of those by any means were ‘open’.
It’s difficult not to conclude, both currently and in the past, that golden nugget comes in for a certain amount of 'attention' such that it must become unpleasant over such long period of time. Even a bit of good cop, bad cop.
Surely rather than post lists as such, if anyone has any issues regarding board policy, they take it up with the CM, rather than further indulge themselves on the board.
Seems to me though that for a board with barely a handful of posters, and sometimes hours between posts, posters would be welcomed, not subject to some unofficial selection committee

If you are referring to my post, I was being tongue-in-cheek.
You know ... humour! Steve's mix 'n' match of id parts would be an interesting incarnation, given GN is a committed Christian and I'm a committed atheist. It would take a high degree of split personality to pull that level of dichotomy off with competing posting ids.

I've just read the whole of this thread. At first it was fairly sensible. But after page 2, it went downhill.
Subsequent pages read like some not very bright posters with big egos, trying to impress each other, and boring the pants off everyone else.
Couldn't you be separately accomodated in a "Special Needs" forum?
No offence intended, but you should consider other people.

The thing about any one thread is, though, that if you choose to engage (and it is a choice), you choose to do so with those who also happen to be posting there. If you feel their discourse is beneath you, best to scroll on by. Stopping to scatter insults doesn't actually contribute a whole lot. Indeed, it could be argued that it furthers the very things you purport to despise.

Just opened a Christmas present from my uncle. It was a box of rice.
Thanks Uncle Ben.

Thank you.
Don't know about now though as we have had a change of Pink at the helm of the boards but while James was here, we actually had a good chat about the very subject of mutiple ID's - mine mainly. I explained a few things about me and believe he did actually listen to what I had to say, he must not have seen me as any type of threat to the peace of the boards as I am still allowed to post. I also told him I would try not to keep opening lots of accounts and only post with one at a time, I think I am not doing too badly keeping to it.

It's funny you should say that, Lost Parrot because I can think of another RT poster who IMO has also been coming in for quite a lot of 'unpleasant attention' recently from certain IDs.... including yours.

Have to say I completely agree with you there. I'm not someone who normally runs around reporting other posters but I do feel quite strongly about this.
There's something decidedly creepy about people who need to use multiple accounts to back up their own arguments not to mention the fact that it totally undermines the validity of a debate.
I noticed the CM issued a warning on this thread the other day about posters using multiple accounts.
