garage roof GC with red tile...it's a 30's house. We are having the big tiles you can get now as they will be a bit cheaper...gawd! trust it to go now when we are thinking of selling up:_| pity it couldn't last another year or two...still never mind, at least we will be able to store stuff and not worry about leaks!
