Last nght had the most CARP night I've had for years.
At 10.50pm I took my sleeping tablets. I went outside for a cig and usually I come in go back to bed a MEG often has to put me legs in as Ive just about gone to sleep.
No not last night I went to bed fully awake. My backsde hurt so i told MEG I be sleping on my rest/recliner. She got the rest/reclner ready for me.
I got nto it and she paced everything around as she does. and made sure I was comfy and left the room.
An hour later I was still awake so i rolled everything back and went outside for a cig.
When I ame back inside I went back into the front room and put the telly on (to give me lgt to pull the beding back up). When tucked up I turned the telly off and tried again to go to sleep.
Oh no. I still couldnt. At 2m I did the same again. I went outside nd had another cig.
When I came in that time I took nother sleeping tablet.
I went back into the front room and again put the telly on got onto the rest/recliner pulled the covers over and turned the telly off.
I didnt see anything more till 8am. I think I went to sleep. I dunno if I did as I was asleep (thank goodness).
Oh! I forgot to say before I tried going to bed I was sick. My stomach was completely emptied.
Thats one reason I gave up judgin:(
