I have achilles tendonitis and inflamation to me hooves. I have an exercise to do and cold compression (cor blimey me teats will be feezin' up:O)
If this doesn't work it will be the knacker for me........have to go back next week

Coooeeeeee ~Tinalu! I am on .com now. I used to work for the Post office, help run an office for 12yrs then I trained up the new starters on checkouts...did that for 6yrs. Then into the cash office just like you...no windows....help get me out of there!!!!! Finally moved over to .com and don't mind it. At least I get to go into the top field in the mornings as I finish at 10am!:-)

Actually I saw a dr last week after getting pain in the back of my right leg.
Its all to do with my MS.
He gave me some tablets to be taken 3 times a day and wanted to see me the following week which is tomorrow.
The tablets are working but wot get rid of the pain completely:(
petal my mum was told yers ago she hd froen shoulder but they thought it might thaw out in no time.
It did ater they opeated n her.
The shoulder is now defrosted and is alot better:)
Hope yours defrosts afterwards.

Aye Bunny, I lost the feeling in my mouse hand - but it's better now . . . then I developed bursitis in me leaning elbow! That's blimmin sore, but it's just about better . . . what's next!

Hi giffers, I'm back in one piece 😄
Another dose of tunnel terror. Took longer this time, about 40 minutes. The last MRI scan was only 20 mins. I reckon they didn't scan everything the consultant asked for, I only had partial results [images were sub-optimal they said, yeah right!!] ... hence a re-scan X-(
Hopefully will not have to go through that again. Just waiting for results now.
I must tell you this though. The hospital gowns you wear tie up at the back, but as I cannot get my arm around my back, I wore it with ties at the front... well, I kept dropping out of the gown, in the blerdy corridor X-(
Had to get some tape off nurse to promptly close the front to hide my embarrassment :^O
