I use Firefox. Bizzarely I switch from IE quite a while ago because of image references

I wonder if Microsoft Edge, which downloaded recently (Aug 31) with the Windows 10 annual update is causing problems.

I've tried looking on customer services but they offer no support for issues to do with Community. When I called them about issues about not being able to pay for multiple items in my basket and having to put them through 1, 2 or 3 at a time, they couldn't fix that and never even bothered getting back to me either. Perhaps when my orders are all processed, the best thing to do would be delete my account and set up a new one

If I try posting an image it always tells me I don't have permission to post images, which makes me think my account hasn't been set up properly and is just on the periphery, especially now I know I see the box from the insert/edit image icon that others see before they are logged on. I'm obviously logged on otherwise I wouldn't be abe to post at all

Interestingly, if you look in the thread "Amazing Short Videos" I have posted a link there.

Everyone else who has posted a link, shows a blue box at the bottom of their post with the picture of the YouTube video. My post doesn't do that, although the link is active

Just been on the phone to Customer services to see if they can fix it. Their technical team are to get back to me tomorrow. But they said they'd get back to me in 48 hrs about another issue on 1st September and I'm still waiting.

They said he same as you, that my account is okay. However, there does seem to be a huge number a glitches and problems with e-Bay software

This is my second account with e-Bay. I deleted my previous account in 2014 after e-Bay were hacked and told everyone to change their passwords.

It's definitely an Ebay problem, I'm now trying Google Chrome browser and low and behold no Insert Image Icon on my other ID but this one is fine.

You have to 'sign in' at the top of the page before browse option comes up on the picture icon.

Go to The round table first, 'sign in' and then select :- Gifs, Pics and Graphics then select a picture and click reply, it should bring up browse for you to pick a pic from your poot and then click insert image.
