Evening all ! I worked all day amongst lots off 500 - 1000 watt lamps, so by the evening it was nice and hot + about 1000 people in a big room - yep! Very hot ! Thank God I have a fan next to me!

Well, it's Summer! that's what we wanted ?! This is just right - as long as you can get the bedroom down to 23-24 at night it's fine. And don't sit in the direct sun outside. Make sure you got enough fluids.
It's not (yet) like 2003/04, where the bedroom was still at 28 Celsius at 2pm after hours of airing...

Thats nheard of by me.
Usually i keep me jumper on whtatever the weather is.
Even snow, rain' cloudy or even abit of sun.
This stuff thats shining now is a heat buster so Ive actually taken me jumper off.
Its getting to much.
I dont know how long I can take it.
Good thing we have fan in the bedroom and it keeps me cool (not cold unfortunately).
