I don't watch 'Silent Witness' Dixie. The last time I glimpsed this series was years ago and starred Amanda Burton.

PETAL, have you tried a Tens machine they are quite inexpensive now and found them
great for my shoulder, anyhow have to go as all my girls are coming for a Roast and have to

Petal, dont' bother with a tens for your neck pain. I have a tens and it won't work on your neck, it gave me a monster headache:_|
However, it's brilliant for shoulder and all other pains, I wouldn't be without it.
