Bunny, I saved + opened it in Animation Shop. Ha, never did a crop ,copy + paste in AS before... Ok, secret as always: more frames + time tweaking. You'll have to open the animation in AnimShop to see the changes.
I added Frames: 1,3,7, (run)+ 51 (walk-off)
faster run 20 down: to 16,14.
Slower top of jump: up to 11, 16, 13
faster tantrum up frame: down to 12
Slower walk-off: down to 24

Bunny, I also upted the standing frame after tantrum to 45 (those are all 100th of a second).
Brain not working - ok -I PMed you, but for the mo you don't need to send me anything - of course did the file open in IR too, so forget about opening it in AS - IR will do, ot in your case be better...

I went back to sleep for a lil nap.

Petal as per computer shop guidance I've re-installed PSP9 AND Jask Animation 3 and opened these gifs up in the re-installed progs and saved them with another name. NOW let's see.
It's looking promising as thet're loading quicker and the icons are animation 3 icons !!

Anyhoo, I think yer doing something wrong at your end - your gif properties show up as gibbletygok . . .

I'd go back ta basics and check what yer doing against Petal's guidance . . .
Alternatively, have a double malt and ya won't give a bowel movement!
