Petal, it depends how big the individual pic is, the number of frames is more or less immaterial.

The Stickmen for example can have 50 to 100 frames

and it will only be a few hundred Kbs, if that, If your background pic is not too big - why ? -what have you done??

I reduced the Kbs greatly by treating it

with "smart blur" - sure you have something

similar on PSP (it was even wider, cut off on the right.

saw ros from spooks last week in a play in bath she was vey good as was alison steadman...

but tried your tip with the vase petal and still no joy

I open up 2 tabs one a reply and clicked on your vase,

highlighted it from the bottom then dragged it to the reply tab and it doesnt post on thread, just changes the name of the tab to the picrure details:-(:_|X-(

Hi Tina, this seems like an obvious question - but-you are using Firefox? not IE!?

I tried IE, it's not that. (drag+drop doesn't work there save for typing (not font)) Using the a href-code works as well... I can't really think of what you could be doing differently from us,Tina ? 😞

Well, this is a really long shot, Tina, but click and check in your "Preferences" (in the left column) that you receive email in HTML (not plain text) and  in the  menu of Firefox (at the top) under "Tools"- "Options" make sure "enable Javascript" is ticked

Hello Tina, I don't want to confuse the teachings of Petal and Dixie but I've noticed when I drag the picture from photoshop in IE to Firefox gif reply box I don't need to 'blueout' the picture I'm dragging. Just saying like!
