Hiya all. Hope you are all keeping Lord Leftie topped up each evening with his wee dramm. Im not so great. The spasms in me leg are causing me no enda trouble. Some meditation(lo) works. Others dont so Im in pain. Yes PAIN. Its not nice. Usually starts in about 30 mins.Me knee goes into spasms and bounces about for an hour till me sleeping tablets kick in then I sleep till early morning n ot knowing about the pain till it starts again the next evening. Its orrible and painful.
