Going back to that chap smoking I forgot to tell you all.
Ive not smoked for going on 8 weeks and verry pleased Ive stopped.
It was easier than I thought it would be.
I blame (thank) one of my carers (who's since left).
He was talking to me about what effects smoking had on smokers and how bad it was.
I stopped him and said thanx to him I was going to the drs to get champix which I did and since the previous bank holiday I stopped smoking 🙂
I am really chuffed about giving up :):);)

Well, I am happy having my bike back. After another week at the workshop (and me on the train) I picked it up today in glorious sunshine.(but freezing cold it felt) It was the pick-ups causing trouble. I did the "test ride" on way home + it seems fine. No extra charge. Hurray for Chaz_Bikes!!!
