Every time we list our Loopies magnetic glasses our competitor has it taken down .No appeal

Hi , 

I am new to this . Loopies is a patented product designed by me .WWhen my son has set up a site a competitor asks e bay to take the site down .WE sent the patent and CE marks from the manufactuer .E bay then ignores the request to reinstate the site .

Our product is completely different in design .

Strangely threr are counterfeit versions of the Clic glasses they remain for sale .

I am confused .

Please help if you have similar experiences

As you are not registered as a business seller ebay will ignore any VERO you send.

You seem to have copied someone elses design for your item so I don't know how legal your item is.

If you relist after ebay remove an item you will be banned from selling altogether.

Click on customer support / help & contact at the top of the page

choose the 'contact' tab

select a 'category'

select a 'topic'

the option to call or chat appears,

click on the telephone and a box opens with a number to call.

if you only get more questions choose a different topic until you get the call option.
