Corbyn used for target practice?

Today’s revelations about a group of paratroopers shooting paint at a poster of Jeremy Corbyn are being investigated by the mod! I have watched the video which does not give a source and noticed that the guys appear to be aiming at proper targets however to the left leaning against the wall is a picture of Corbyn which if you zoom in appears to have a number of splats around his head! As usual Corbyn supporters have jumped on it and cried foul, however as a devout pacifist he will undoubtedly look to cut most of our defence force so one might understand their frustration, but where is the evidence that they were all aiming at the Corbyn picture as opposed to the legitimate targets on the range, I suspect this is a classic case of stage management by the cameraman and quite honestly a distraction and typical of the type of sensationalism brought about by the growing use and abuse of mobile phones! And why is it such a big deal when the photoshopping of our PM is done all the time, such is 21st century politics!

This comes under that well-known rule "Anything under the Sun that we like is acceptable, everything else should be descended upon with a ton of bricks."

Re: Corbyn used for target practice?

Whether far right or far left it is too far for either imho Joe, each seems hell bent on attacking the other, however soldiers are revered by the far right and repulsed by the far left, but neither make up the majority of sentiments in the U.K. thank goodnesses 😉

I’d only be concerned if the general public actually gave a damn what they were shooting at but I’d suggest, other than a noisy minority, they don’t. Some people though will throw dirt in any way possible and hope it sticks, we should pity them.

There's nothing stage managed about it, it happened. It's called dark humour- a well known syndrome within the military.

These guys would have been posted within 24 hrs from the base in the 1st RAF aircraft out of theatre. Probably now sitting in a base in Germany or UK a bit miffed and embarassed awaiting their CO 's decision. That will depend what the MOD decide should be done in the current climate.
