Cannot make a payment

I might have already posted this a few hours ago but have no idea where to find that it went; however, I've had no emails or relies.

For some reason, I am trying to pay  a balance on my account, but when I get the Payment Options  and click Credit or Debit Card, nothing else happens!

There has been a glitch when trying to update or amend bank card details for aaacount payments.
