Bought item sent wrong item and said they didn’t sell me it in the first place

I've got a different subject I don't know what I'm doing. My account has been suspended even though I've got proof of the purchase,proof of delivery,all the messages where I tried to sort it out amicably but they turned around and said I was trying to get money off them and that's how now I can't use eBay it's a bloody joke. I've actually bought the part that fits it and done it myself,all for the cost of £3,but I've been singled out and I couldn't fight my corner,thanks eBay, I don't think I'll be using ebay anymore very disappointed
