Just a thought but from my experience with ebay customer services im fairly positive they are under mind control drugs of some description, maybe a CIA experiment involving little green men or roswell cos they are definitely on a differant planet, nobody can be that stupid, ignorant or useless all in one, well maybe george bush but thats another question for another forum,
just an observation based on my experience, Maybe its the spray on cheese they are all addicted too! I wouldnt g as far as to say its an indictment on the education system but f**k me they are DUMB!!

You will better be able to understand eBay Customer Services if you first learn how the system actually works.
First of all, you employ folk from a country that doesn't use the English language.
You then give your new staff two sheets of A4 paper. On the first is a list of words that the new guys have to search for in any correspondence from unhappy eBay users. On the second sheet is typed the official eBay response to each of the words found on Sheet 1.
So what happens next is that when an e-mail arrives from a disgruntled eBay user, the CS staff member searcher the e-mail for any of the words on Sheet 1 and fires off an answer based on the replies on Sheet 2.
It is the perfect system. The unhappy eBayer always gets the proper answer (according to eBay CS) and if there is a glitch, it can only be because the eBay user worded the complaining e-mail incorrectly and that surely can't be eBay CS's fault, can it?
