Next thing will be they'll be pressing for plain bottles with a plain label plastered in dire warnings like cigarette packets?
Now I've never been a smoker and only have occasional alcohol but I think people should be allowed to be the author of their own fate.
OK, I didn't like being subjected to second-hand smoke but that should have been dealt with by dedicated smoking rooms not outright bans and dire warnings on packets.
As for the misuse of alcohol and excessive drinking, that also should be dealt with by properly targetting those causing the problems not by tarring everyone with the same brush?
An old criticism of some types of "we know what's best for you" legislation was to call it "The Nanny State" and it seems to be on the unwelcome increase?
It's life Jim, but not as WE know it.
Live long and prosper.

Dunno about the no booze or drugs - Shamans in hunting tribes have known about and used "magic" mushrooms for ever, and even elephants know all about fallen and fermenting fruit...
(And the spices in curry are actually good for you!)

Is anyone about to have a drink going to stop and read the label first? I don't think so

Alcoholic drinks should have a health warning?
They do!!
They are plastered all over the pavements and roads on Fridays and Saturday nights on most major cities you can think of.
Graphic details as well, just in case you can't understand the language (s)
