They are selling the book at various prices and they are keeping your money for a month before you get a refund.
This happened to me twice, not realising it was the same seller!
Its a scam or thier site and its a complete mess.
Be warned do not order this book from them,
I wish E bay would take down this site as its doing them no favours

They have a positive feedback rating of 10.2%. It is amazing that eBay haven't stepped in yet, sales are still being made. I wonder if something has happened to the seller or they got their account hacked.

I agree something has happened to that seller or as you suggested they have been hacked.
The business was running fine with a huge amount of positive feedback.
eBay do not count feedback in seller metrics so It may be some time before action is taken... depending on the amount of INR cases opened & not resolved by the seller.

In the meantime, for those who prefer discount shopping, I found a great site with promo codes that may be useful in your next eBay order.

There are cases when the long wait for refunds is due to the processes of payment systems or banks. On the other hand, sometimes it is difficult to immediately determine the seller's bad faith.

I have no idea what you are talking about & how it is relevant to this thread.
What does concern me is that you have inserted something I did not say in my reply.
Would you care to explain that?
