I wonder if anyone can help me? I have acquired the above book, which was published by A.W.A.A.M. Press in 1975. I am intendintg to list it on eBay and have researched everywhere I can think of to find a copy either for sale or sold to give me an idea of price but I have drawn a complete blank. Has any one heard of it or seen it and could give me an idea please?
