payment of restricted item

i want too buy a restricted item, ie a circular saw.

ebay says i need a credit card.

i dont have a credit card as pay for all items bought cashh or not at all

Sorry,  that's the only proof of verification eBay accept that you are over the age of 18 needed to but that item.  Anyone of any age can own a debit card.

Can you ask a friend or family member who does have a credit card on their eBay account to buy this for you?
