message when clicking my account

Does anyone else have problems accessing their account?  I click the link in my eBay app and it reports that "Sorry, this user was not found". I changed my password and it still says the same. I logged in successfully online and it does the same thing.

My daughter is having the same problem, but eBay down detector reports no problems.

It's a known technical issue,  others are seeing this too,  you are not alone ! 

We are told eBay are aware, and working on a fix.
