hoping someone can help me. when i get a multiple order for the gsp i cannot mark as dispatched after i have posted. i dont have a problem with domestic sales or even single orders with gsp. i sent this by royal mail using stamps.
i called customer services but they couldn't tell me what was wrong, although as soon as my parcel left the gsp depot it was marked as dispatched [ although on 07-11-24 and not on 01-11-24 when i actually posted it]
