I have reported this issue by phone to ebay 2 weeks ago , but issue still the same.
I have re installed the app many times, cleared my cache, turned my phone off and on , my iphone has the latest update . i can log in using the web version
it recognises me , but i want to use the app, it feels safer .
Any help appreciated

You say you have reinstalled the eBay app and restarted your phone, but have you uninstalled the app, restarted your phone, and then installed the latest version of the eBay app in that order? The restart in between should ensure a clean install, if the problem was with a previous installation not finishing cleanly.
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your phone while the app is active.

Hi anglescity, thanks for your post.
I've just tested there, and the app for an iPhone 16 seems to be working ok at the moment. Could you please confirm for me what exactly is the issue you're experiencing with the app? As in are you unable to log in, are you seeing an error, is app crashing or what exactly?

it has installed ebay us site , not the british one.
There is only one app version, but you should be able to set your country location in the settings.
