eBay technical issues

I've been having issues with eBay for a while, intermittent but getting worse, keep getting the message below.When I reload it just happens again. Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Seems to be on web and on app Is anyone else experiencing similar

Thank you for your post.

Check to see you have the latest app version as there has been recent updates.

Android version 6.251.0.1 and works with android system 12 and up

IOS version 6.251.0 and works with IOS 18 or later

Steps to try and resolve would be deleting recent app cache and app data, uninstalling/reinstalling the app and restarting the device used to access it.

If the issue still persists after this can you check to see if you can report it through the app by shaking your  phone while in it. A pop up " report a technical problem " will appear. This is the quickest way to get an app issue reported.

If you disable the automatic redirect to the app, you should be able to use a mobile browser to reach ebay.co.uk. Details depend on your operating system. Or else delete the app and then use a mobile browser.

Thanks, I've uninstalled the app now and am using mobile / internet browser
