eBay dying a slow death?

We're having nothing but problems, slow loading pages for weeks on end, error messages 

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination

Also no sales in months.

Yep I have that now as well on phone app, Desktop version working fine though
