Recently I found, open auto message to talk to computerized message service keep write something a option of do you need more help appaers. Click Yes. option of a real person to talk to appaers, click on that. Good Luck.

Ebay computerised messages are designed to annoy you to the point of not
continuing to chase your problem. Ebay does not let you speak to real
people because the might actually help you . ( MIGHT being the operative
word ) I have decided to not use Ebay because they are so bloody
unhelpful, good luck.😎

i am disgusted with ebay never get through to anyone to complain ,     my problem is with a portable toilet i had delivered  and do think it came from china i want to send it back the senders adress is in china and absolutlely get no response from ebay for any help in sending it back     much obliged  graham

Ebay never settle problems unfortunately they are yours to deal with. We
have stopped selling for precisely this reason, item sold customer
complained she had a rash . EBay answer return to us all payments postage
and return of sale our problem item originally cost customer £2. They are a
JOKE.

the last few weeks buying items from china . every company i bought from cancelled on the same request- post returned and refunded me .i am gettimng refunds but its  enoying when every one has the same outcome . never had problems before

For weeks now I have been trying to receive a return label from the seller ,with no not , I would like to send back a strimmer that was advertised with +2 batteries , that was the wording with the strimmer set , that did not arrive , I have sent photo's and a code number eBay had sent, but I still have not got any futher.

Please can this be sorted as money does not come easy to us.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with ebay, they are not
interested in anyone but themselves and their profit. Unfortunately you may
have to put it down to experience, just don't use them again . I have found
you can get out items on AMAZON and they are reliable.

Hi sorry to hear of your problems with ebay, unfortunately being polite
with this company gets you nowhere. Maybe you should get on social media
and ask for help from a charity ( sense) try to get them to complain on
your behalf.

I want to return a cardigan I bought on ebay, but it isn't listed in "my purchases". Therefore I cannot follow the procedure. The seller is in China - & the translation stopped working pretty fast.

That's utter nonsense. No online platform is perfect and if eBay is closed to recommendations and improvements it could be ignoring loop holes or siding fraud. However, I agree that ebay has next to zero customer service. The complaints process is completely prescriptive and cannot deal with anything unless islt relates specifically to an item sold on it's platform. Policy and user journey and experience are not debatable so the item mentioned about abiding by the eBay Ts&Cs if the only reference point for the eBay reps. It's take it or leave it so buy/sell your stuff and leave is the best policy. I could point out lots of improvements for buyers and sellers but they aren't able to accommodate such things.
