Address wrongly flagged as PO Box

As above. My address contains the word post office (flat above) and now I am unable to make any purchases due to all sellers not sending to a PO Box.

very frustrating and near enough impossible to get through to eBay regarding it. 

used eBay at this address for years with no issue.

anyone from eBay able to help?

There were instances of this happening a couple of years ago.  Not sure how it was resolved in the end but the complaints seemed to stop.    Strange that it's happening again.

It’s strange, been at this address for years. Similar thing happened to me last year, took a lot of complaining and missing out on limited time offers due to it but eventually got resolved.

just for it to happen to me again. I really haven’t got the time to keep complaining so I’ll likely have to give up on eBay and start using other platforms.

i have just got off the phone with them after 20 minutes, not confident it’s going to be resolved any time soon

Can you manually enter the address e.g. as P05t 0ffice with zeroes and a five - and then is it not flagged?

Credit to whoever said that last time something similar was asked.
