account limited error

when i list a product on my account ebay show me limited error and say to check the message. But not receive message in my inbox. No reply my mail. How we can resolve the issue?

You are listing animal health products and human hygiene items from Pakistan using a UK Private seller account and you will have various listing difficulties by continuing to use a UK registered private account in selling from Pakistan.  

By Default, UK based Addresses and UK Banking account details are required + UK Import/Export VAT 20% is charged including any additional Shipping /or Duty charges due. 

Suggest using the International  www.ebay.com  site to register correctly which will offer many other options including  acceptable Business registration with Global Banking accounts available.     https://community.ebay.com/

I was trying to check for you, but it looks like your account wasn't registered in the UK region, so wouldn't be able to help. I'd recommend contacting the customer support of the region you used to register your eBay account, so they can look into it for you.
