I recently had to order a replacement card and when I visited the Nectar page in My EBay I encountered the above message with a red background.
Now, I logged in on my PC and still encountered the same message, I have previously made a post on a different board within the community and had some suggestions- such as clearing the browser cache and cookies. However, this has made no difference and I'm still seeing the same message.
So I'm posting on this particular board to see if someone can offer me some additional advice or assistance.
