View counter not working

Another glitch, view counter not working. 300 listings showing 0 views, which i know is not true. Anyone else having this issue? Its not even “Freaky Friday” yet as eBay put it when they release new codes without checking.

Yes it’s same for me I have 90 listings and only watchers all viewing is 0? When day before there was many?

Not on mine. Ebay says site is working OK - no problems. I still have zero view and over 100 listings

Hi All,

Tech have confirmed this issue as resolved.  You may need to refresh your page and clear your cache and cookies and the view numbers should now be showing.

Well, not fully resolved as some of my items that had views still say zero

Im showing a FEW watchers numbers now and the same items has zero VIEWS - so the members are Watching items without Viewing them, is that possible?

It may have taken some time for all accounts numbers to update across the platform but there should be a view for a watcher.

Yes, same here. I have 6 items for sale, but only one is showing viewings. The other items did show some a few days ago, but they have been set to zero.

Still happening . Watchers with zero views

Have that as well, watchers but with no views, its most odd

Also have an item that had 20 views a few days ago, today it says 3?

It makes it pretty difficult to try and judge if a listing and price need adjusting or not.
