I keep getting the same error when I’m trying to verify my identity. I called many times customer support but they were not Been able to resolve the issue. Please help. My money is on hold and it so frustrating

What are you trying to do exactly when you get the error, verify your personal information or bank information? Do you have a screenshot of the error you're getting?
