Payment keep failing despite various methods. At the end applied the promotion used Klarna and payment went through successfully. Upon payment, I've realised the £10 promotion didn't apply.
Went through endless auto-bot and finally managed to speak to someone customer service agent (sounding sort of American accent), suggesting nothing she could do but cancel the purchase. I recommended to flag up higher as it maybe systemic error and guessing other people may go through the same problem, so I asked if I could get a feedback of outcome of the investigation. At the end of the day, she says have a good day (sounding quite sarcastic) and put the phone down, before I could say anything. Initially she told me thanks for being 19 years royal customer and this is how to treat then..
Ebay used to be good even bigger deal than Amazon in the past. Just disappointing...
