Unpaid Item

Hey, need help, I sold a car through eBay, advert was cash on collection. Buyer paid early through eBay and I received the cash till notification sound. Buyer has provided proof it’s been paid from bank. Some of the info from him seems a bit sus but I have to take his word for it. 
can anyone help as eBay sent much help. Car was £383 so won’t break the bank just a tad annoyed.

Does the buyer have the car now?   You should always get cash on collection for a car.    If they don't have it yet issue a cancellation/refund.

The buyer is trying to SCAM you as they cannot pay through eBay - cash on collection as per your listing.

After 4 full days cancel the transaction with - buyer did not pay - you get your selling fees back and they getd an unpaid strike.
