Unanswered Message Notifications

Hello, I have three notifications telling me that I have unanswered messages from other eBay members, even though I have answered all three messages!  Why are they still showing up as unanswered?

On the Seller Hub link below if you're not on it,  go left of the item in Active Listing, and you will see Answer Question from drop down menu there click on Answered.

If this is not possible on the app or mobile,  browser switch if you can to a laptop / PC , and use Chrome it works best on eBay.

Thanks for your reply.  I don't usually use the Seller hub!  Is there some other way of accessing this feature?

Is there a More Actions tab anywhere at the top of the page you are on,  or to the right of the item for sale?  You may be able to select Answered there.

Which device are you using, if the app many options are just not available on that device.

I'm using a PC with Google Chrome.  I can't see a More Actions tab anywhere, where would I find this?
