Unable to withdraw funds

Can somebody help me with a technical glitch I seem to be having. I have funds available to withdraw but it is saying I need to add a payment method to cover selling costs etc. I am not sure why it won’t accept the account already listed on there so tried to change it and it goes through the motions and when it gets to the very final stage the screen just goes blank with a swirling icon going round and round and never completing the action. 
please help as I would very much like to withdraw my funds. Thank you!

If you have changed it will take at least 5 days to verify,  before you can proceed to withdraw those funds.

I can see you've taken actions on this, it can take up to 48 hours for your changes to take effect, and then your payouts will resume.

Hi tressygirl, thanks for your reply.

For clarification only, I'm not referring to the bank account verification but the change of payment method, these changes can take up to 48 hours to take effect. However, please note that bank verifications can be faster than 5 business days anyway if the user selects the log in with your bank method (this is instant), but most users prefer doing this with the micro deposits, and in that case it can take up to 5 business days, but again, I wasn't referring to that in my reply above.
