Hi eBay Community,
I’m having an issue uploading images in message to buyer who purchased my listing through the eBay website on my laptop. The upload always stops at 50%, and I’ve tried multiple solutions without success. Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on what I can try next? I’d greatly appreciate any advice.
Thank you in advance!

Hi kat@ebay
Thank you for looking at this for me.
The issue persist. I am even unable to access the eBay Community page... I had to switch network connection again in order to reply to you comment. I am so confused of what actually can cause this to occur, as I have even talked to my internet provider and they can't see anything wrong with my connection on their end.
Literally as soon as I hot spot from my mobile and connect my laptop to the hot spot network, I am able to attach images and access the community page and once I connect my laptop back to my home network, I am NOT able to either attach image to a message or access the community page.
Once connected to home network and try to access the eBay community page the " auth2.ebay.co.uk took too long to respond" message comes on the page.
Also want to mention that my sales dropped down drastically over the past two days ;(
I dont know if this has anything to do with the issue explained above.
I hope this will be sorted and that the issue isnt on my end . 🙏
Thank you,
VSGraphics

Hi there,
The problem is now sorted. It appeared to be an issue with my Internet provider which is now resolved.
Kind regards,

Hi @christi.dove ,
Thank you for your reply.
Is it an issue with the upload stopping at a certain %? The previous user who reported this issue was impacted by his internet connection which was slowing down the process. Can you deleting recent cache and cookies and checking your internet connection is ok.
Thank you,
Kat
