It seems the layout for messaging has changed and I am now unable to message buyers. When I select message buyer I am just taken to my inbox - not a new message to the buyer.

There seems to be a bug when sellers try to message buyers at the moment through the web site. Replying to an existing message seems to work, but sending an initial message is an issue.
If you are still experiencing this problem, try sending a message through the eBay app, which may work better.

The messaging system has changed a little.
Are you replying to a buyer's message? Then, your answer will ' attach' itself to the inbound message making it one long message! Scroll up to see your reply on the message From the buyer.
Not ideal, there are many complaints, but it seems it's here to stay.

Most folks will agree the Dimprovement isnt so hot -
Just a thought, how much did this cost us in fees to produce?
Along with the 'Photo Feedback' introduction (of which i have received just two since its birth half a year ago), ebay seem desperate to find work for the 'developers' to be kept busy on - changes to functions that already worked better before than after, in the real world would this be acceptable?
Maybe users of the platform or these boards suggest bigger problem areas on the ailing entity.
