Unable to list items from ebay app

Anyone else in the uk having this problem when trying to list items from the ebay app? Never had this before until today. I usually list all my items from the app but today ive been getting the error "your listing looks great so far, but a detour is required for items in this category "

I just installed the previous version and have two phones. One is new and has a SIM card, but it wouldn't let me install it because the antivirus blocked it. I don't have a SIM card on my expensive phone and it only works on Wi-Fi. I installed it and the app works as before. I wanted to thank you for your help because there's no point in waiting on eBay. They won't fix it because they think we have to use the browser, and that's what's best for us. So don't count on them doing anything about it.

eBay you are a total disgrace. Just wasted an other 2 hours using 2 phone trying to download old versions off app .none seem to be accepted by and of my devices.  Getting verry close to shutting down my account and selling on other platforms. 20 years of selling and you can't even sort out issues or reply to questions.

I'm also having the same issues in all categories on both Android phone and Windows device. This is affecting me to revise quantities also

Remember to turn off auto update in play store if your using the older version

Is there an update as to when this is getting fixed we are loosing money and paying for a ebay shop that's not worth a carrot... DOES THE C.E.O NO THERE LOOSING MILLIONS BY THIS

I can guess the answer .they don't care.and they have stoped replying as they are clearly not even looking in to problem. Best to phone them as there not interested

eBay what is latest update. Just spent 15 minutes doing 2 listings .go back to app to find out they have no photos. Back to browser to revise and only 1 photo out of 6 taken on same phone at same time will list .I now have listings with no photos . This is a total joke .please reply

I dont want to risk trying but wish they would sort it as the older version is so glitchy for me and im fed up of having to manually update apps

Doesn't work... works fine on iPhone tho... so im getting iPhone as its ridiculous not sorted problem since January and we in end of march

Will any iPhone work. I will do the same. Pity eBay can't update us or advise us to use iPhones. It's very unlikely they have even looked in to issue. Terrible customer support.

I've now got it working i deleted my ebay shop 2 days ago and updated the app this morning and it works so I'm guessing it's a problem with having a ebay shop as I only started my ebay shop last month and that's when I got the problem

There was update 2 days ago and it works all good from android... Just when I had my iphone delivered

Just updated the app and yes, it's working again on both my android
devices. 2 months and no notification from ebay to say it's now sorted. How
long would ebay business sellers last if we treated our customers like that
